我们实验室长期研究蛋白质在细胞核质间转运的分子机理和功能,特别关注负责蛋白质核质转运的受体(karyopherins)家族成员在细胞分化,组织发育及疾病发生中的转录调控和翻译后修饰的分子机理和生物学意义。
