癌症是死亡率最高的疾病。虽然近年来,肿瘤的筛查、诊断以及治疗都有很大的进步,但是肿瘤的发病机制仍不十分清楚。 有许多的研究表明,肿瘤的发生发展跟多条信号通路的异常有关,例如WNT, NOTCH, p53, DNA损伤修复,PI3K等。因此,我们的研究兴趣主要在揭示这些信号通路在肿瘤的发生发展中的作用,为将来肿瘤的靶向治疗提供理论依据。
Cancer is one of the diseases with the highest mortality rate in the world. Although there have been significant advances in the screening, diagnosis, and treatment of tumors in recent years, the mechanism of tumor formation is still not fully understood. Many studies have shown that the occurrence and development of cancers are related to abnormalities in multiple signaling pathways, such as WNT, NOTCH, p53, DNA damage repair, PI3K, etc. Therefore, our research interest mainly lies in revealing the role of these signaling pathways in the occurrence and development of tumors, and providing a theoretical basis for future targeted therapies for tumors.
