Lysine acetylation plays essential role in metabolism. Five studies have identified a large number of cellular proteins to be acetylated. Uncontrolled of acetylation regulation leads to human diseases including cancer.I willfocus onourrecent advances in the acetylation regulationofmetabolism enzymesin Warburg effect and its potential role in cancer metabolism therapy.
