Research Area
Our research focuses on: 1) Screening of inhibitors of tyrosinase (the key enzyme of melanin formation), the mechanism of inhibiting the enzyme, the regulation mechanism of melanin formation and its application in whitening cosmetics and fruit and vegetable preservation; 2) Effects of prenatal tea polyphenols (EGCG) supplementation on health of adult mice.
